In November of last year, MAGFAST undertook a capital raise by way of a share issue, working in conjunction with investor portal Netcapital. It was so successful that we actually overwhelmed their servers, with the $1m share issue being fully subscribed within just a few hours.
In this Upgrade, I've invited Eric Cox, a cornerstone member of Netcapital's executive team, to join me to revisit the story of that first share issue and the circumstances that made it such a success.
Plus Eric answers the inevitable question about whether they'd ever consider allowing us back again after crashing the system twice last time! (His answer may surprise you!)
