It's Kate and me on the Upgrade this week … but we also have not one but two special guests.

Customer Care is pretty much the cornerstone of the MAGFAST operation and so we thought you'd like to meet some key members of the team. Together with Kate, who works in Customer Care (in addition to her many other responsibilities), we also have Sanja, who heads up the department, and Britani, one of our long-standing and most experienced team members.

Together, they'll share some insights as to what life's like working in the department, the type of queries they get from customers and how they manage the workload. They'll also tell you just how much they love our fabulously loyal MAGFAST customers. 

I genuinely believe we have the best customer service team in the industry - watch this Upgrade and I'm pretty confident you'll think so too!
