It's just me this week as Kate is on vacation.
I wanted to give you an update on the issues that all product manufacturers are facing as a result of problems with the global supply chain - both delays and increases in the cost of components.
Re the former, we're continuing to do our best to get products to customers as rapidly as we possibly can. Re the latter, we're insulating all pre-order customers from these increased costs and so all existing prices will be honored.
This is important as we've seen the costs of some components rise by 20x!
