Pictured above is a dish prepared by the Fossil Farms Market + Kitchen Team, featuring our all natural Pheasant Airline Breast with butternut squash puree, sautéed carrots, radicchio and roasted walnuts for a bite that features classic Fall flavors while also feeling light and fresh! Pheasant is an incredible alternative to chicken, with more protein and less fat and cholesterol per serving than your standard chicken breast. Fossil Farms' Pheasants live in open-air pens where they can roam freely, resulting in a meatier bird that's naturally lean yet flavorful.
